1. Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Installed, modified, or damaged products. Items returned after 14 days.

3. How to Request a Return Email: chcomltd@gmail.com with your order number. We respond within 2 business days.

4. Return Shipping Cost Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

5. Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

6. Defective Products: Contact us within 7 days with photos. We arrange a replacement or full refund.
